Do you need Hyperliquid candles or the data behind them?

0xArchive serves candles and the data they are built from in one API. Candle starts:

  • Hyperliquid core perps: 22 March 2025 (12:00 UTC), the point where every fill is stored
  • Spot: the same day
  • Lighter: 1 August 2025
  • HIP-3: 22 December 2025
  • HIP-4: 2 May 2026

The same key returns:

  • Order book: from 15 April 2023
  • Trades: with the wallet on each fill
  • Funding and open interest: from 20 May 2023
  • Liquidations: from 22 December 2025
  • L4 books: order-level, with order IDs and wallets, from 11 March 2026

TikTape's own comparison page states that it does not claim trades, order books, funding rates or liquidations.

Request Hyperliquid hourly candles from the first day they are stored

One request, one time window, two hourly BTC candles starting at 12:00 UTC on 22 March 2025. Run on 3 November 2026:

curl -H "X-API-Key: $OXARCHIVE_API_KEY" \
  "https://api.0xarchive.io/v1/hyperliquid/candles/BTC?interval=1h&start=2025-03-22T12:00:00Z&end=2025-03-22T15:00:00Z&limit=2"

Response (first rows):

  "success": true,
  "data": [
    {
      "timestamp": "2025-03-22T12:00:00Z",
      "open": 84209.0,

Each candle carries trade_count, which TikTape's documented response ([timestamp_ms, open, high, low, close, volume]) does not list. The Free plan covers the last 30 days; requests older than that need the Build plan ($49 a month, $39 billed annually).

What does the price cover?

TikTape costs $19 a month or $189 a year for OHLCV candles at 10,000 candles per request and 60 requests a minute, with best-effort availability and no uptime guarantee (pricing and terms).

0xArchive Build costs $49 a month ($39 billed annually) and covers candles plus every other dataset:

  • 80M credits and 50 requests a second

  • Each dataset's full retained history: core candles from 22 March 2025, native books from 15 April 2023

The Free plan at $0 gives you the latest 30 days of everything, live WebSocket included, to test with.

Can you try Hyperliquid candles and books before paying?
