# 0xArchive Data License

## 1. Scope

This Data License governs market data, records, and export files obtained from 0xArchive ("0xArchive Data"). It is incorporated into the [Terms of Service](https://0xarchive.io/terms). If this Data License conflicts with the Terms about use of 0xArchive Data, this Data License controls.

## 2. Permitted use

Subject to your account entitlement, payment obligations, usage limits, and the Terms, you may access, download, store, cache, copy, analyze, transform, combine, and use 0xArchive Data for internal and commercial purposes.

Permitted purposes include research, trading, backtesting, risk management, artificial intelligence and model training, analytics, dashboards, charts, alerts, indicators, and customer-facing products.

## 3. Standalone data restriction

Without prior written permission from 0xArchive, you may not sell, license, sublicense, distribute, publish, or otherwise make 0xArchive Data available as a standalone or substitute market-data product.

This restriction includes:

- Reselling raw 0xArchive records
- Publishing bulk copies or downloadable data dumps
- Mirroring or passing through the 0xArchive API
- Operating a substitute historical or live market-data feed
- White-label or OEM delivery where access to the data itself is the product

## 4. Products and outputs

A product or output is permitted when it materially transforms the source data and does not expose original records or allow them to be reasonably reconstructed. Charts, analysis, alerts, model outputs, indicators, and other derived values are permitted when they do not operate as a standalone or substitute market-data product.

Benchmarks, indices, financial products, raw redistribution, or white-label or OEM data delivery require prior written permission.

## 5. After cancellation or termination

Cancellation or termination ends future access to the Services when your account entitlement expires. You may retain and continue using 0xArchive Data downloaded while your account was entitled to access it, subject to this Data License. Future updates, support, and access are not included after entitlement ends.

Contact [legal@0xarchive.io](mailto:legal@0xarchive.io) if your product will make 0xArchive Data available as a standalone or substitute market-data product, or if you need benchmark, index, financial-product, raw redistribution, white-label, or OEM rights.
