# Hyperliquid node peering in Tokyo

An allowlisted upstream gossip peer for your non-validating node, mempool included.

**$ 200** per node address / month

[Subscribe](https://buy.stripe.com/5kQfZa4ITg7fcT4a5D3Nm00)

[Setup guide](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

No 0xArchive account needed. No usage or egress charges.

## Test the round trip from your own server first

Measure the round trip to your node. Our Tokyo latency test runs on the same machine as the peer.

[Run the latency test](https://0xarchive.io/latency#connection-test)

No account or API key needed.

## Mempool included

Receive committed blocks and pending transactions. Turn mempool output on with `split_client_blocks`. Your own node writes the files.

### Peer configuration

Mainnet

override_gossip_config.json

- **root_node_ips:** <peer address>
- **reserved_peer_ips:** <peer address>
- **try_new_peers:** false
- **split_client_blocks:** true
- **chain:** Mainnet

**View configuration**

```
{
  "root_node_ips": [{ "Ip": "<peer address>" }],
  "reserved_peer_ips": ["<peer address>"],
  "try_new_peers": false,
  "split_client_blocks": true,
  "chain": "Mainnet"
}
```

### Your node output

Hyperliquid

#### Committed blocks

Included

Committed-block gossip

Execute blocks and hold the chain tip.

#### Pending transactions

Optional output

~/hl/data/mempool_txs/

With `split_client_blocks: true`.

You operate your node. We operate the peer. The mempool adds roughly 0.4 to 0.5 TB of disk writes per day. Prune those files regularly.

## Three steps to connect

Subscribe, get allowlisted, then pin your node. We email the fixed peer address after reviewing your node addresses.

1. 01 Subscribe Choose one to five node addresses. Enter each node's static public IPv4 egress address at checkout.
2. 02 Get allowlisted Each address is reviewed. We email the peer address once allowlisting is complete.
3. 03 Pin your node Add the fixed peer address. Update your configuration and restart your node.

- **Node:** Hyperliquid non-validating node
- **Address:** Static public IPv4 egress address
- **Network:** Inbound TCP 4000 to 4010
- **Machine:** Ubuntu 24.04, 16+ cores, 128 GB RAM, NVMe

## Questions before you subscribe

Anything else: [support@0xarchive.io](mailto:support@0xarchive.io)

### What do I need before ordering a peer?

Run your own Hyperliquid non-validating node with a static public IPv4 egress address and reachable inbound TCP 4000 to 4010. The setup guide calls for Ubuntu 24.04, at least 16 logical cores, 128 GB RAM and NVMe sized for the enabled write flags. Allow for the additional writes if you enable mempool output.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### What is included in the monthly per-node price?

The price is $200 per connecting node address per month for an allowlisted upstream gossip peer in Tokyo, including committed blocks and mempool forwarding. You run the node; this does not include 0xArchive API, WebSocket or Data Catalog access.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### Is mempool access included?

Yes. Enable split_client_blocks to receive pending transactions as well as committed blocks. Some transactions reach blocks without being gossiped first, and pending transactions can pause during upstream fallback. This is node peering, distinct from the hosted Pro-and-above mempool stream, and it includes no stored mempool history.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### Are there usage or egress fees?

No. Peering has a flat monthly per-address price with no usage or egress charges. Your own node infrastructure and storage remain your responsibility.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### How is the connection provisioned after checkout?

Enter the public IPv4 egress addresses and provider/region in Stripe Checkout. Addresses are manually reviewed and allowlisted, then the peer address is emailed to the checkout address. Pin your node to that fixed peer, restart and confirm it reaches the chain tip.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### Can I evaluate peering before subscribing?

The Free data plan does not include node peering. The standard peering subscription is paid, with billing starting at checkout and address review before allowlisting. If you need to evaluate it before subscribing, email support@0xarchive.io to ask whether an evaluation is available and what terms would apply.

[Read peering setup and terms](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### What must my static IPv4 allowlist setup look like?

Use each node's static public IPv4 egress address, not IPv6 or a private address, and make inbound TCP 4000 to 4010 reachable. Keep try_new_peers=false in the documented configuration to stay pinned instead of drifting onto public seeds. Contact support when an address changes.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### Who operates and troubleshoots my node?

You operate, tune and monitor your node. 0xArchive operates its upstream peer and provides an engineer contact for peering faults. A peer connection does not transfer node administration to 0xArchive.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### What happens if I need more than five addresses?

Self-serve checkout accepts up to five node addresses per order. For more, email support@0xarchive.io; the published price remains $200 per node address per month, not a preferential slot or priority tier.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### How do replacements, cancellation and refunds for unallowlistable addresses work?

If an address cannot be allowlisted, provide a replacement. If none is available, the subscription is reduced and the difference refunded. Email support for address changes or cancellation; cancellation ends peering at the end of the paid period. Billing begins at checkout, before manual address review completes.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### Do I need a 0xArchive account or data plan?

No 0xArchive account or data plan is required. Peering is billed separately through Stripe Checkout and can run alongside any data plan.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### Does 0xArchive claim rights over the data my node receives?

No. Data your node receives through the peer is not 0xArchive Data. 0xArchive claims no rights over it and places no limits on how you use it, and the Data License does not apply to it.

[Read the Data License](https://0xarchive.io/policies/data-license)

### Does every customer get the same service?

Yes. Every customer gets the same peer at the same price on the same terms. There are no preferential slots or priority tiers.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### Can I use an IPv6 address?

No. The peer allowlists static public IPv4 addresses only.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### What if an address cannot be allowlisted?

We ask you for a replacement address. If you have none, the subscription is reduced to the addresses that can be allowlisted and the difference is refunded.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### Do you run or monitor my node?

No. You operate your node. 0xArchive operates the peer it connects to.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### How many nodes can I connect?

Up to five node addresses per order, each billed at $

200

per month. For more, email

[support@0xarchive.io](mailto:support@0xarchive.io)

.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### How do I change an address or cancel?

Email

[support@0xarchive.io](mailto:support@0xarchive.io)

. After you cancel, peering stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

[Set up your node](https://docs.0xarchive.io/peering)

### Is peering data covered by the 0xArchive Data License?

No. Data your own node receives through the peer is not 0xArchive Data. 0xArchive claims no rights over it and places no use limits on it through the Data License. API, WebSocket and Data Catalog data remain separate licensed service outputs.

[Read the Data License](https://0xarchive.io/policies/data-license)
